Our floor panels are manufactured with a 1.0 mm stainless steel non-slip top layer, featuring a special embossed structure that prevents sticking and ensures long-lasting durability.

The underside consists of galvanized steel, while the entire panel is filled with 42 kg/m³ high-quality polyurethane foam for excellent thermal insulation.

The panels are available in a thickness of 100 mm and are constructed according to a modular system, allowing for quick and easy assembly and disassembly. Three standard panel widths are available: 300 mm, 600 mm, and 900 mm, supplemented with special corner pieces (15×45, 45×45, 45×60, 15×60) to meet every layout requirement.

A double-sided locking system (tongue-and-groove) guarantees perfect alignment and an exceptionally strong seal, allowing for installation without bolts or silicone. The rounded corners and stainless steel floor finish ensure optimal hygiene and safety.

The door system is equipped with a gasket frame that can be easily heated for optimal sealing and reliable closure.

This construction is designed for high performance, ensuring that the cold/freezer room functions efficiently, even at ambient temperatures up to +43°C.
