Our floor panels are manufactured with a 1.0 mm non-slip stainless steel top layer, designed with a special embossed structure that prevents sticking and provides long-lasting durability.

The underside consists of galvanized steel, while the entire panel is injected with 42 kg/m³ high-quality polyurethane foam, ensuring excellent thermal performance.

The panels are available in a thickness of 100 mm and are produced according to a modular system for quick and easy assembly and disassembly. Three standard panel widths are available: 300 mm, 600 mm, and 900 mm, supplemented with special corner pieces (15x45, 45x45, 45x60, 15x60) to meet every layout requirement.

A double-sided locking system (tongue-and-groove) guarantees perfect alignment and an exceptionally strong seal, allowing installation without bolts or silicone. The rounded corners and stainless steel floor finish ensure optimal hygiene and safety.

The door system features a gasket frame that can be easily heated for optimal sealing and reliable closure.

This construction is designed for high performance, ensuring the cold/freezer room functions efficiently, even at ambient temperatures up to +43°C.
